What considerations are made when making the teams?

Using the registration answers you provide during  registration, we try to mix in any new player in our system with players who have played before. At U10, U12 & U15, in addition to consideration for new players, we consider if a player plays club soccer or if a player plays Travel soccer and at what level.  Lastly, each year we ask our coaches to provide inputs on top players in season past. These inputs along with the answers to the questions you answerwe during your registration are vital in helping us shape a competitive season. The reality is that we don’t know every child in the program and only can strive to make the teams competitive primarily based on the answers to these questions.

Why isn't my child with the coach I requested or playing with a requested friend?

With almost players a season and way too many requests for placement it is impossible for us to place all kids with a recommended coach or with the requested friend(s). The only guarantee for same team placement is siblings/households in the same division. Coaches will be coaching their child and any coach’s recommendation for Assistant coaches are typically granted. 

How can I find the field my game is going to be played on?

Our main fields are numbered 1, 2 or 3. Each of those fields have different field configurations based on the age group that will play on them. For example our U8 might play on 1A - Quadrant. That means that field is located on Field 1 and it only a quadrant of that whole field. There are 4 quadrants for field 1. In some cases, we may need our U15 to play on field 1A Half. That means 1/2 of field 1 is used. See this MAP to see a visual represntation of the fields.

How will I know what field @ Lovell Field Im playing on?

Lovell Field is made up of 3 soccer fields. Field 1, Field 2 and Field 3. See this image to help you identify where your game will be.

How do I see what team my son/daughter is on and how can I email the coach or other members of the team?

By logging into your account, viewing your family provide and selected the family memer you can be taken to the teams roster. See link for instructions.

How to I pay an Invoice on the New System?

Im a coach and I need more information on the QuickClub Mobile App, where can I find it?

You should view this document to understand how to download the QuickClub app, get your team loaded, invite members, schedule practices and communicate with your team.

Im a parent or player, How do I see my team's information on my phone?

You will need to rely on the QuickClub mobile application. See this document for instructions on how to download the app and an overview of the functionality the tool can provide.

How do I enroll a player or coach in the registration system?

All our open program will be available throught the registration link , you would login and locate your program for registration. More details instructions can be found in this document

On your new system, how do I get my login information OR how do I create a new login account?

When we moved to our new system we loaded those family accounts who had registered with us in the last year. If you didn't have a registration in the last year we did not load your accoun. You can follow the instructions in this document to see how you can retrieve your password on an existing account OR create a new account.

How do I see my team's schedule or ranking?

All Team Schedules can be found here Please make sure you select the correct program / season, age group and team.
